Return policy


Our return policy is valid for 15 days, to benefit from it you must return the products to us within 15 days. After these 15 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, the Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to allow them to be put back on sale by the Company. In the event of receipt of Products that are opened, heavily used, incomplete, damaged or soiled, the Company will not make any refund and may even, if it deems it necessary and appropriate, hold the Customer liable for depreciation of the Product. 

Certain types of consumable products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned

* Personal items that may pose a hygiene risk.
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

There are certain situations where reimbursement may be refused.

* Any item with obvious signs of use.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@magnet-innov.com

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you would like an exchange, please email us at contact@magnet-innov.com and we will provide you with an exchange form.


Shipping
To return a product, please contact us by email at contact@magnet-innov.com we will provide you with a form to complete and a return address. Please note that returns may be sent outside the EU in accordance with our T&Cs.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item over $20, we strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To facilitate your return request, we may ask you for a photo or video of the product. 

In all cases, whatever your return request, please contact us at: contact@magnet-innov.com we will then provide you with return instructions and a form to fill out. Orders returned without a form will be automatically refused.
