Our return policy is valid for 15 days, to benefit from it you must return the products to us within 15 days. After these 15 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to allow a relisting by the Company. In the event of receipt of open, heavily used, incomplete, damaged or soiled Products, the Company will not make any refund and may even, if it deems it necessary and appropriate, hold the Customer liable for depreciation of the Product.
Certain types of consumable products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned
* Personal items that may present a hygienic risk.
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
There are certain situations where the refund may be refused.
* Any item with obvious signs of use.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If you would like an exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with an exchange form.
To return a product, please contact us by email at email@example.com we will send you a form to fill out as well as a return address. Please note that returns may be sent outside the EU in accordance with our T&Cs.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item worth more than €20, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
To facilitate your return request, we may ask you for a photo or video of the product.
In any case, whatever your return request, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org we will then provide you with return instructions and a form to complete. Orders returned without a form will be automatically refused.
